Method

Step 1 of 3

Wash and dry the purple carrot. Cut them into smaller pieces and keep it in a zip lock bag. Store in the freezer overnight or until ready to use.

Step 2 of 3

Add in frozen purple carrot, mixed frozen berries, and Oatly milk and blend until smooth.

Step 3 of 3

Pour into a bowl and garnish with the toppings of your choice. Dig in and enjoy!
